Your say your question was whether you win the lottery but this isn't the answer or guidance you were given. And don't be too upset, that happens a LOT, that the responses you get aren't related to the question you voiced. There's a lot of speculation of why that happens too. One could say that there was something more pressing that you had to answer. Or that your question was irrelevant for you at this time. For what it's worth I don't do readings for clients about winning the lottery and stuff like that because other than playing the numbers there's nothing that they can influence directly.
What these cards do say to me is that in the next week or so you're going to get some information from a young-ish man.. whether it's a phone call or an email or a letter or a conversation. Without more cards or a direct link to you there's not much more I can say.

No. The message is to quit dreaming and start achieving your own "wealth". The Universe (not the card) is telling you that you have much more influence on your financial picture than a lottery if you start applying yourself.
