Your mind knows what to do, and you have already answered your own question. Stop thinking with your other head and get serious. Immediately stop leading the girl on. Tell her that you like her a lot but you have to be a responsible adult and stop seeing her permanently. She is the first girl that has paid much attention to you, so after you allow yourself to grieve your loss, just know that there is someone else who will enter your life. Don't worry too much about her, 16 year old girls are fickle and will quickly move on after a bit of sadness. Go on and do it, failing to do so just prolongs the pain.
