I believe in life after death, that's why I'm not afraid of death. I think many will be surprised to see it is wonderful. You get to see all your loved ones who have passed on and even your pets I hear will be there. You can pick and chose to do what makes you happy. You can be 30 years old and handsome or beautiful with what ever hair color you want.
Non-believers will think I'm totally crazy and maybe I am, but I have no fear because I think the other side is like going home.

I'm really not sure whether I believe that there is a life after death or not. But if there was, I would imagine that it would be a bit similar to our lives now. It couldn't be too easy going and relaxing for who knows how long we would be living in that way? We'd get tired and bored of it. But it shouldn't be too stressful either because we've already had a stressful life in this world. Just a happy medium in between.

It is what one makes of this life they can expect in the next life. So if one uses this rare human form of life for self realization (realizing ones eternal relationship with God ) also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, Rama, etc. Then at the end of life they will give up all material attachments and think of God and return to the eternal spiritual kingdom. But if one does not use this life to realize their true self- what ever their consciousness is at the time of death they are sure to take another material body and attain a suitable body for their karma. They may go to heaven, hell, earth or take any form man woman, animal bug, etc. depends on ones consciousness at death. So we must be serious about this existence and fix our mind on God. That is the vedic version. Thanks

Life is connected to the central nervous system. Break that badly enough, and the life is snuffed out. There is no part of the human mind or heart which can go on without its nervous system, because that is the ONLY proven means for a life to gain knowledge. A few rare children are born with out any of the 5 senses. They quickly die for lack of any interface with existence. They don't know existence exists. Same for a dead man. He does not, cannot know, that existence exists.

After death your brain stops working and you will not exist anymore so there is no life after death,so there is nothing to think about.

Given current scientific data on how
mass forms, life after death appears to
be pretty certain.
The mystery lies in where and when.
Also, it's not likely that life after death is
very much different than it is now.

It's a nice idea, but it's extraordinarily unlikely that there is any sort of heaven, hell, reincarnation, or other existence after death.

It is both beautiful, and yet it sucks
You feel free and have memories of good things, and you are warm and feel at peace. Yet, without the flesh, you are helpless to control anything.
