If the girls are going somewhere together it would be cute if they dressed up in coordinating costumes. If one went as a cop, the other should go as a robber; or they could go both as vampires, or both witches, fairies. I remember my sisters and I all went as fairies one year, but we were different fairies, I went as a woodland fairy.

If they're video game fans, tell them to look at Yuna or Rikku from Final Fantasy X or X2. Those wouldn't be too difficult to do, and they're original.
For rikku, all you'd need is an orange vest, green shorts and shoes, knee high white socks, swimming goggles, a green head band and some gel to spike her hair in crazy directions.
For Yuna you'd just need a long dress, black boots, and a short staff (she's a mage type character), put some beads in her hair and you're ready to go. Rikku and Yuna are cousins.

What about going as a gypsy or a flapper? I'm 16 and I have gone as those a few times. They are super easy to put together and make it your own, and looks better than those store bought costumes. You can find stuff around the house, such as old dresses, tablecloths, beads, funky make-up, sandals, bandanas, ect. Hope I helped, plus its pretty girly so I'm sure girls that age would like ti!

Well, if they want to dress up TOGETHER.....that would be cute.....adolescents are often in a state of needing to express individuality, though......
but it sounds like you're asking for ideas for the two of them. Pirate wenches? Zombies? A cowgirl and an Indian? A cop and a bank robber? Bumblebees? A bumblebee and a ladybug?

Cats is always pretty easy and pretty cheap. Vampires are also easy. Just wear all black and a cape if needed, then get the fangs and paint your face white, if you want.
I am personally going to be a Nun this year. I am pregnant and a friend suggested it, she thought it would be funny.
