and quite big down there ..... 7" when flacid .. i hv a prob to adjust my self in public ... especially when im with my girl .. any suggestions

Whats the problem, men adjust themselves all of the time in public, just watch a baseball game. As long as you do it discreetly and not make a spectacle of yourself your OK.

use the waistband trick tuck it under your waistband and it will be unoticeable
