Does anyone know any tricks to keep a zipper up?

I have a pair of work pants and the zipper always falls down. It's really embarrassing.

when you finish pulling it up turn the zipper up ( lkike the other direction , opposite)

Large safety pin on inside of zipper pinned right under the tab and across the teeth.

my mom does this.
on the top of the zipper, ther should be a little whole
she puts a thin hair tye through it and pulles it thight and then wraps it around the botton.
it works!
