Wouldn't it be better if they got to choose if they want life in prison or execution? I think so. Hey if I had to choose between life without parole or lethal injection I would choose the latter.

I actually agree with that concept! I am with you....I'd rather be dead than spend the rest of my life in prison.

well, if a crime was committed against my loved one, I'd want the murderer to suffer the rest of his/her life in prison, not the easy way out.they're criminals and shouldn't have the option to choose their fate because they didn't give the innocent victim of life either.don't do the crime, if you don't want to do the time;)

It's against the law to commit suicide. If you pick the death penalty you could get life.
