Try putting ads on Craigslist for a bass player and a vocalist. Also, when it comes to putting a band together, it's important that you and your bandmates think about who your musical influences are- what's your style of music? What genre would you be labeled as? Those are important things to consider. Also, were you planning on being a cover band or writing your own songs? If you want to write your own material, see who in the band is best at writing songs (music and lyrics). Cheers!

you could try to have a keyboardist, who could maybe make up for a bassist. it won't probably sound as cool, but it will still work to fill up the bass sound, and add a piano-rock edge to your music.
as for vocals, it's always better to have A vocalist. perhaps try a rapper, and aim for a linkin-park-esque edge. though there has to be at least ONE person who can sing somewhat.
if all else fails, you can always hold auditions!

well you need the intruments lol
uhmm i can sing for you!
lol
i love to sing
anyways
do not just make music like wack music
you need to include some sad music too
like slow music that is kinda sad
and then it gets to rock at the middle of it
you know what i mean?
do not do alot of screaming and blah blah blah
