Dolphins live in caves in the mountains . They reproduce by singing then splitting into four/five new dolphinettes which later grow into Dolphins .

If you mean the mammals that swim in the water (because there are fish also sometimes called dolphins), they live in both sea and fresh water (such as the Amazon river) and give birth to live babies that suckle like whales, pigs, cows and humans.

I've seen them in the Med & Atlantic. I never asked about their sex lives though. A bit too personal!
