I have a radeon 1950x pro DDR4 512mb and 3800 AMD dual core (kinda slow). Can i run a ViewSonic VX2835wm 28” Widescreen Monitor with it?

You may need to update the drivers to get widescreen support.
Also if you have a DVI connector on the adapter then get a DVI-D cable. The picture will look much better.

yeah it can run it. like the guy before me said the video cards resolution wont reach the highest res the monitor supports but it will still run it like a champ.

Why wouldn't it. Just don't expect games to run in the resolution as high as the monitor can go.
