anything. i have a BS in Business with emphasis in Mktg. i got tons of job offers for a variety of positions. business is such a rounded degree that it comes in handy in all work settings. even doctors often pursue some business courses because they need to learn how to run their own practice, advertise for their practice, reconcile bills, and manage a staff. most doctors hire out to find people to do these jobs. that's where you come in. the best advice i can give you is to get an internship so that you will have "real" world experience to add to your resume when you start applying. that will help set you apart.

Just about anything that your heart desires. Actually that almost preferred. If you think about your love for your hobby (motorcycling for example) and want to apply your degree, then you can get a job working at a dealership working on the business end of things (rahter than sales or mechanics, etc).
Find something you truly love and work will never seem like work
