Yes. If you take the tip of your little finger and ever so gently run it along the inside of your lips, just behind the pink, it will drive you crazy. The nerve endings there don't know what to do with themselves so it either tickles or stings or both.

I can tickle myself in 1 or 2 places but I don't laugh...I just start twitching (lol)...
the other places that I would normally be ticklish if someone tried to tickle me there, I can't tickle MYSELF in those places..just a couple.

a very little bit ... on the bottom of my foot. but that's it.
I can't get myself to laugh though, it just tickles a little bit.
other people can tickle me though!
I am VERY ticklish. hehe

no, because you're expecting it, and so your body doesn't react to it. if you can tickle yourself without your brain predicting it, fine then. i don't think anyone can do that.
