oh the wind has no direction
should we leave destiny in the hands of this?
a remote area of nothing could be the end
of an otherwise timeless bliss?
and what of the dark night
the one that we love so much
ahead we fear the unknown
and the intangible touch
and oh, what of the sun and light
wrapping our arms around the sky
blinding us with that initial sight
is this where we should fly?
escape the fear and destinations place
where ever we go, it matters not
this dream-like travel brings us face to face
we're then reminded of all that time forgot
when the winds first picked up our sails
that was so many lives ago
and we recognised within each other
the dust from stars...
the heavens, the earth, the sun and the moon
they don't belong to us tonight
we're already a part of the universe
to get there, we don't need flight

I'm in two minds, I feel like getting a house overlooking the Pacific Ocean and sitting there reading. But I also have the urge to go see the Northern Lights, which I'm sure you'd be up to joining me for. "He" would get the heave ho for the Aurora Borealis, monkey suit or not ;-)

I would love to "fly" away with my hubby to anywhere but here! But since he has never flown and swears that he won't unless it is an emergency, I'll settle for "driving" away with him!! :)

It wouldn't matter where we flew, as long as it was with a woman who would love me unconditionally, just because she chooses to & who really likes being with me, because my wife doesn't. Soon, I might be free, but I don't do those things without thought.
