Neither is correct. They should be:

The company I work for is called sss.
The company where I work is called sss.

This should be:
The company for which i work for is called SSS.


The company where I work is called SSS. (The "in" is unnecessary.)

or, better would be:

I work for SSS. (if it has a business designation, I would add that as in the example below.)

I work for SSS, INC. or I work for SSS, LTD.

To be correct:

The company that I work for is called SSS. (Not 'which').

The company where I work is called SSS. (do not use 'in').

No, the second sentence is incorrect. You can't say "where I work in". The first sentence has a typo (calles, rather than called), but is otherwise okay.
