West a little better, close to Tucson studio and wildlife museum and picture rocks, you can lookover the city and valley.

Agree the West is the better of the two. Due to the museum and other nearby sites. However, Saguaro East has far more cactus and desert type surroundings, but essentially this is a park for hiking or picnicking type of outdoor activities.
