I didn't know that I needed a specific time in order to think about my life. Why can't I just think about it when I have the time. I might be busy in the morning, if I always do it in the morning, can I switch it to the afternoon? Is that possible or is it just....unheard of??? Please... I think it's time YOU go gather your thoughts

When I'm eating breakfast. Its difficult because I'm often too busy thinking about the thick sliced hickory bacon on my plate.
