i watched a film once and it had someone repeating a day continuously until he'd done/changed something(and i think someone else lived). i remember a car park and a house with a stream.
also i used to think it was called a number eg. 8:32 or something as that was the time he'd have to change it by or hed relive the day.
any guesses at all????

There are only three movies i know of that are about someone reliving a day and they are groundhog day, christmas everyday and if only, which they only repeat the day once.
However 12.01 is the best match -
Barry Thomas is the average office worker. He becomes attracted to Lisa Fredericks who works in the same company. After work, Barry witnesses the murder of Lisa and goes to a bar to get drunk. Later that night, there is a storm and Barry gets a shock from a lamp's faulty power wire at exactly 12:01 am. The next morning, he realizes that everything is happening exactly as it did the previous day. The next morning the day is repeated again. It is now Barry's job--being the only person alive who is aware of this time loop--to stop the murder of Lisa, and stop the time loop or be caught in time forever.

The only one i can think of is Groundhog day with Bill Murray and Andie McDowell.
He gets to relive every day until he gets the whole day right and impresses her enough so that she ends up falling in love with him.

It was a tv movie called 12:01 , with Helen Slater (supergirl) in it. it was based on a short film called 12.01pm, but made into a tv movie at roundabout the same time groundhog day came out.

there was a movie from the 90's w/ Jonathan Silverman in it called 12:01. he kept reliving the same day until he saved this girl.
