I am a big softy, and cry at lots of things in movies!

But one movie that drove me to tears for different reasons was 'Armageddon'. Y'see, I am a keen astronomer, and I know films are fantasy, and just for fun. but when one is made, so to speak, on my turf, I expect them to get at least the basics right!
Well, it was about an asteroid, and indeed, there are such things as asteroids.
That was where the accuracy stopped!
My friends had to take me out for a very stiff drink!

Never cried in a movie but sobbed my heart out when
I went to the theatre to see Blood Brothers.
Felt so embarrased whens the lights went up then realised
almost everone in the theatre was crying. Even the men.

The Never Ending Story, when Atreyu's horse drowned. I still cry at that now. Everyone laughs at me when I do :(
Also, Remains of the Day, when Anthony Hopkins' dad falls down. Oh God, that really gets to me. You've depressed me now, Welly Boots, making me think of all these sad things. You should've asked about happy films.

Omigod! You have got to see "Sophie's Choice" with Meryl Streep. It is a "whole box" of tissues movie. She also won the Academy Award for Best Actor for the role.

I cry at Adam Sandler movies for some reason! I cry every time at the end of "Click." I also cried during "The Wedding Singer" when Rosie said, "Oh, Robbie doesn't have time for me anymore." Something about that cute little lady!

I know, lame and cheesy, right? :-)
