it is an 06 cobalt and I know what the problem is ,I just can't figure out how to fix it.

take it back to the dealer. It's an 07 isn't it still under warranty?

shouldn't be leaking to the floor.... if it's coolant leaking, it could be your heater core.... if it's water leaking, then the dust boot to the outside that water normally escapes from is probably plugged, just clean it out.
wouldn't most 07's still have warranty? should be a covered repair if you're still within warranty

Bring it in to your Chevy dealer immediately for their gauranteed warranty work you signed up for when you bought the car, new or used. They will unplug the A/C condensate drain line.

New car? This should be covered by the factory warranty. Bring it to the dealership service department and let them figure it out.
