It's like they dress to impress other women not you.

well, it is proven that out of 100% /// 85% of what ever the females do is show off to other females, why?? cant digest that part.

we dress for women probably because women are our worst critics!! Men dont know what looks good, and pretty much dont care what they are wearing but women will scrutinise another woman

I have always said that most women dress to impress other women with their savoire faire, hoochiness, class, expensive tastes,etc...
