Does anyone else get annoyed when one of the Mitchell clan use the phrase "You're a Mitchell" it's probabloy the most used phrase on that soap. I find it very annoying, maybe I'll just stop watching it. Corrie is soooo much better at the moment anyway.

Chris you're so right, Roxys hair extensions are the worst I've seen and Ronnies hair looks like straw.

i couldnt agree more, i used to love eastenders, it was easily my favourite soap, but i think the writers are so lazy they keep repeating the same sort of storylines and even though soaps arent totally realistic, i think they've taken it to the extreme.. its not only the repeating of phrases like "youre a mitchell" and so on... its things like the repeat of past storylines that does my head in too, like now with lucy who for no apparent reason has turned from sweet little girl to the child from hell, basically because they want to turn her into cindy...and since kat left, staceys filling in. And i hate sean slater, im sure their going to make out that his deeply troubled, but how can someone act so confident and smug, when he basically hasnt got a job, no friends in sight, crappest character at the moment.
Coronation Street is on a different level, interesting storylines (like the david one at the mo. where you aint got a clue whats going to happen next.), detailed characters, and the script writers have got to be praised for the humour they inject into the show... i never thought a soap could make me laugh out loud like corrie does. Simply Brilliant!!!
One more thing that gets on my nerves with eastenders...when does max branning ever work to earn all his cash for a nice house, a new flat, paying for a big wedding, always buying expensive gifts and meals at posh restaurants for his lady friends, im sure he's meant to work in insurance... didnt realise the hours were so flexible, and the pay so good

The Mitchells are great but ronnie and roxy are overhyped, their big enterance, the trailers of them, the fact that there mitchells, and the fact that there streotpes of the mitchells.

Sorry, I actually love ronnie and roxy! In my opinion, they have actually bought some fun back to the square. Their my favourite characters in the soap, however, I'm not so keen on the other mitchells. Ronnie and Roxy rock!

I know it's like -'They don't call us Mitchells for Nothing or 'Prove your a Mitchell',I don't like Eastenders that much anymore,I just watch it every now and again,I do agree though Coronation Street is much better at the moment and it seems more realistic to a point.
