They should all be required to wear turtlenecks, khakis and a mask with Martha Stewart's face on it.That should deter the unwanted attention.Martha has been in prison and was the gangsta boss when she was there, so she has more street cred(credibility) than the WuTangClan!Nobody dares mess with women like her.

I believe that sexual harassment is real, but it only occurs legally when a superior steps out of line with an underling. It can occur when the boss is female and the employee is male too. It is not acceptable, but sometimes women are just too sensitive and overreact, and occasionally a women will make up a story to punish a boss. It happened with Anita Hill and Justice Clarence Thomas.

(I wonder exactly what the 10 point answer would be here-- "Yup, especially by wearin' them skirts..." or "I always thought women had to bend over and let us pat their rumps when asked... it's written into every girl's job description, ain't it?" Or "Serves them right for wantin' money. Ha!")
But here's the logical flaw: The acts of harassment and the fact that some women don't like it -- that's REAL. So, even if women were "asking for it" as you say, that makes it no less real. That would just make it a problem we don't care about.

Sexual harassment is real and it happens everyday to men and women. The harassing person feels as though he or she can get what they when they want just because of the position the victim my be in. It is against the law.

Sexual harassment is a form of false witness, used with powerful effect by women who are frequently too ugly to ever be wanted by anyone. Sadly, the charge works, and many men have been fired or charged by the law when they were only slightly guilty of any real evil. Pretty, confident and desirable women rarely see the need to charge a man with sexual harassment.
