Take him to T-rex socialisation classes, and talk to a vet who specialises in dinosaurs, there are plenty about. Most vets have a pretty good knowledge of tyrannosaurs - I myself see at least one a week at my surgery, but maybe that's just the area I live in. Basically, you buy a special t-rex toilet from the pet store and point him in it's direction, they tend to get the idea. Don't be buying him and cheapo toilet roll though, they need the good stuff or you'll get your arm chewed off.

How would I housetrain a T-rex?

I'd use a shock collar- a BIG shock collar- and every time he'd poo inside the house, he'd get zapped.

And every time he went outside, he'd have his brain electrocuted in his pleasure center (T-rex is big enough to do this kind of surgery) so he's got negative feedback for pooping inside, and positive feedback for pooping outside.

It's a tricky one that usually sorts itself out. After the first couple of "accidents" there isn't much room in a house for more. Remember a Trex is for life

Definitely use positive re-enforcement. Whenever he does what you tell him to do, give him a treat. How about one of those annoying neighbor kids that keep running through your yard yelling and screaming? I hear they love those, just toss him one each time he listens and in no time you'll have him doing all sorts of tricks.
