I am sorry to inform you that there will be no Windows Vista support available for your HP product. This product is aged enough that HP no longer supports it. Therefore your product will not work with Windows Vista.

Hi. Quite a few of the older devices are not supported by Vista even if you had the cable. But Vista compatible printers are really cheap today.

The HP printer is a serial port vs USB port. I do believe that you might be able to find a converter, but it could be extremely rare. Try checking out http://www.newegg.com. If you are able to, mabe you could network to the printer. To do so, you would have to ask an adminstrator for the company you are working for.

Vista drivers are available. You will have to do some research to see if a suitable USB cable is available or if you can get a converter for your cable to USB
