Not really an answer but I have just come back from a long weekend in Devon UK at the 20th anniversary of the Muir Academy. It was three days of hard but very satisfying work mostly serving meals to about 40 guests and clearing up after. The principle Miss Prudence Prim is an excellent maid trainer and is quite good with the strap.

Ah im not sure if there are any in the states or not but I seen a few listed for the uk and not sure about Canada.
