Obviously she is trying to make it look like she is not worried about the question, but unfortunately with hillary, it looks and sounds more like something bad just got stuck stuck in her throat.
It just doesn't look right and definitely not natural. Maybe someone should tell her that it's not a good thing to laugh at every question that is asked of her.

It's a calculated laugh. She's doing it because her campaign thinks it diminishes her negatives and demeans the question as if to say it's not worth answering.

I laugh when I am amused, suprised or embarrassed. Some people scream when the are suprised, or get angry when they are embarrassed. I laugh.
What does it mean when all your opponents can find to criticize is your laugh, or your sining voice? Does that mean you are that good otherwise, or that your critics are a bit shallow?
