Just make sure everything is ready, the Braxtons might not come to anything and you could still be waiting for another few weeks but its better to be prepared just incase

The BH will get more frequent and stronger the closer you are to the big day but i doubt it means you are about to drop..when you're plug has come away and the BH are getting painful, that's when you know it's the real thing...i went in to the hospital lots of times with just BH thinking i was bout to drop but they just kindly sent me home agan, aaaah, the embarrasment..but when it started for real, i knew..contractions are nothing like BH, you'll now when you're in labour...good luck and hope you don't have to wait too long x

keep riding them out honey! you will know when the right ones come along for you to push to. have you got support? If so get them to rub your lower spine, massage your neck and make sure you drink plenty as you will get de hydrated. stay calm ad try to relax, take these last few days as your own and reflect on how well you are doing incubating the baby.
try to keep rational for as long as possible as the pain will get stronger, so use these practice ones to try and gauge on how much pain you may be able to take.
taking warm showers, with the hose directed on the pain is a lovely feeling and when that gets boring try to move around as much as possible. Enjoy some light stretches and again enjoy the peace.
much love and luck to you, we have been giving birth since the dawn of time- you will be brilliant!

Put some relaxing music on, you can listen to nature sounds, close your eyes and imagine yourself in a beautiful place, this is extremely good for you and the baby, to meditate in this way.
You could also do this in the bath with some candles
All the best for you and your special new life.

Hi there,
I'm 37 weeks pregnant too. Don't be surprised if you don't go into labout until your due date or after, having bh doesn't mean labour is imminent - just means your body is preparing for it.
With my first I had bh at 37/38 weeks, but didn't go into labour until after my due date!
All the best,
Sophia

just wait it out. If its your first then the baby should drop soon but believe me its very uncomfortable when they do! My son dropped at 36 weeks and I went into labor at 37 weeks.

dont panic is the most important thing, try and practise the breathing you should have been taught at hospital.
Dont worry and try to make the most of the free time before baby is born

get your stuff in order, pack for the hospital, and find something to do to occupy the time, It could be a few days, it could be a month. If you spend everyday anticipating labor you will be disapointed!!
