You're a minor, you cannot sign a contract with an agent.
Your parents must sign the contract for you.
You NEVER pay for a legitiamate Talent Agent, they work on commission.

you are not going to find an agent. agents are not magicians who turn inexperience nobodies into tv stars with an abra cadabra. agents are not interested in anyone unless they have something the agent can sell to casting directors, such as a terrific look or great talent.
