It depends on the state you live in.
Some states do allow marriage at 14 with Parental consent and/or permission of judge required. Massachusetts actually allow for marriage of a girl at age 12. I actually knew someone who got married at 14 in Utah. However, Arkansas you have to be 18. There is a law that has been passed, but has been screwed up, to allow marriage at 16 under some circumstances. However, the law was passed with a typo and so it ended up meaning something completely different. Our tax dollars at work.

Depends on where you live.. some countries its 16 others 18.. 14 is no way legal. A 14 year old would have to get permission from their parents

In certain states in the US its 16. some states its 14 with parental permission. I have a friend who married his wife when she was 16. He was 18 and about to go off with the military.

You can get married at age 16 but your parents have to agree but at age 21 you dont have to ask.

i think you have to be 16 as long as your parents will sign for it...but no way 14 is legal at all....i think you should be over 21 b4 you get married unless a child is involved
