Take all the paper out of the printer. Get a flashlight and look down in the printer where the paper goes. There is something stuck in there, perhaps some scrap paper or something. Be careful getting it out, the printer parts are plastic and can break easily.
I have repaired printers for many years now and I can almost guarantee you this is the problem. If you cannot find a foreign object in there from where the paper goes in the look where the paper goes out.
If you still don't see it then get a piece of very stiff paper like card stock and try to run that through the printer to try to push the object through. Only do this if you cannot find the object by looking with a flashlilght first, you ONLY want to push the object through if it is very small and won't hurt the printer (like if it's some bits of torn paper).
I have found pennies, broken glass, push pins, thumb tacs, tiny childrens toys, even potato chips inside printers.

Open the printer and look for any small pieces of paper that might have ripped and lodged. Remove and reassemble.
Turn printer off, reboot computer, turn printer on. Try printing a test page.
Check your print cartridges. some printers won't print if a cartridge is empty.

This site will help you, but sounds like a piece of paper is logged in the feed assembly. Take out the sheets of paper and get a flashlight and look in the top down and the bottom back, get it and remove it.

open the cover where you install new ink and check for debret on the paper feed track and all around the arm for the ink. I had the same problem with mine and i finally found the tiniest little piece of paper stuck in the paper feed. that fixed my problem...good luck

try crags record or what ever yet while it doesnt sell dont purely throw it away. ink desires to be disposed off correct. take it any community laptop shop or bestbuy and supply it to them so as that they'd put off correct.....i think of workplace max even provides a chit (5 greenbacks off i think of) on new ink.
