I can't find a website, but you can make it yourself easily enough. Just download Audacity, get the audio from YouTube, mix how you want, and you're good to go! Learn how to do this quickly and you could possibly even make a little money doing it. Or at least wind up with a bunch of custom ringtones.

Boy, are you guys lame. In June you complained she was getting too wrinkled, in August you complained her voice was not good enough when she sang the National Anthem, and in October you are unhappy with the way she laughs.
God help us if she ever flatulates!
Can any of you Hilary haters actually explain how it is unreasonable to ask why ours is the only western democracy without a public health care system? Can we ask why the Untied States cannot do what Canada and Great Britain have done for half a century?
