OSHA does not normally regulate that, your state department of labor does. Employers generally have posters that show the law in your state.

It is department of labor, not OSHA (which deals with worksite safety). DOL.gov is the main website. Here is the subsection dealing with minors.

You should also check with your state in case they have stricter laws.

the wall of any fast food restaurant. In any work area that hires minors thew state laws are posted for all employees to see. Ask the manager of your local burger king to see it.
