everytime i try to go to "my ebay " I get warning that the security certificate is not valid for the site is there something wrong with my settings

Tools/security/trusted sites and add ebay. While in there, make sure your security is set where you want it, or medium.

It's not your PC.

eBay's "Security Certificate" has probably expired.
