Bendy buses are dangerous. On corners they trap cyclists and sometimes mount the pavement, endangering pedestrians. They are slow and clumsy, and usually behind the schedules designed for rigid buses.
Who designed these abortions? Is he still in a job? Why?

bendy buses are about to be introduced to my city shortly(Swansea, south wales) and they'd better be good or the council will have carved up the roads for no good reason. the city centre looks like Baghdad at the mo,so a lot of people will be very mad if it all goes pear shaped.

We don't have them where I live so I can't comment.
I'd much prefer the traditional double deckers to be around more. It's all mini links and single decker shopper buses these days.

In London they should be scraped - long live the double decker! The benders are slowly taking over (apparently). What else are they going to ruin?!

I don't like them, especially if your standing in the middle. Also they let of lots of gas,and they are prone to heat and have to stop oftenly.

Yes, they probably should be scraped. They get very dirty.
