u could boot into bios and change to boot from cdrom then reformat from a windows install disk ..

Just erase the cookies, temp and history files.

Yes, you could use CleanUp40, but it will remove everything from every account. Its worth reading about it though as it has different levels of cleaning up - you may find one that suits.
