Not a bit. The only surprise was that it took this long. How many drugs does a woman have to do? Drug-fueled logic puts an unlicensed mom at the wheel of her car with her kids in the back, KNOWING she'll be televised and photographed.
How messed up do you have to be for a court of law to say "you know, these kids are better off with a more stable guy like Kevin Federline." I'd give him mad props if he cared enough to seek custody for all his kids and not just the ones with a rich mama.

If she cared she would have adhered to the judges ruling. If I was strung out, I couldn't think of anything more motivating to stop, than the loss of your kids. She needs to use this time apart to grow up and not be so selfish. I don't understand how she couldn't put her kids need first. The way she's going, she would be better off with a cabbage path doll, than real children. Also I can't stand how she parades her kids in a paparazzi storm. It's bad enough that the paparazzi doesn't care that they scare the hell out of a baby. What's worse is she knows it will happen, and she doesn't care.

Heck, no. I think Kevin is a much better parent than Britney. Look at all the things she's done. Forgetting to put on underwear, shaving her head, and going around naked in front of her kids are all the things a parents should not be doing.

I'm not the least bit surprised she lost custody of her children... however I am surprised KFed got custody of them. I mean is he seriously any better?? What about his other daughter what does he do for her? I think the boys needed to go to someone a little more stable than BOTH of them!!

its been months in the making these hollywood celebritys need to wake up and reliaze the are held accountable for what they do but i dont think britney even cares that she lost her kids cause if she did she would of got her act togther she was given so many chances to prove to be a better parent

Not at all...I think she is stupid. Ppl will feel bad for her because shes a celeb and her life has been this and that, and how she hasnt had a chance to be a teen and all this other B/S. Shes not even all the way there. If she really wanted her kids she would have tried her hardest. "NUFF SAID"

None what so ever. What's even less shocking is she had 3 days to turn the kids over to K. Fed...it took her only a few hours to get rid of them, and once meeting up to turn them over, she was gone within 5 minutes. Does she care? NO

No,but I was shocked,although I believed it would happen,but it seems like everything is turning worse for her now, so I do feel kind of bad for her,who knows maybe this will give her a kick start and realise she needs to get her act together more for the sake of her children.

I was surprised that it happened so quickly after her last court appearance but it makes sense. If you're a crackhead, the state is going to take your kids!

Drinking, drugs and being totally irresponsible is the reason she lost her kids and eeven though she's the mother, I'm reqally not surprised in her case.
