LOL, that's a mid-80's show call Pee Wee's Playhouse. LOL... 70's.... there were like 3 shows on all of tv for kids in the 70's. It was like Sesame Street, The electric Company and some Hannah Barbara cartoons for a 3 hour stint on saturday morning about 5am! LOL...now the TV is nothing BUT kid's shows. LOL

I personally think it was PeeWee's Playhouse, which was an '80's show. Chairy was a green talking chair. Terry was a green talking Pterodactyl. Barry was the genie. :P I loved that show!
