I have 5 Gb of ram on Asus m2n4 sli mother board with amd 64X2 4200 processor. I have tried both nvidia 162.22 and 163.69 drivers but i cannot utilize both graphics cards

I believe there are problems running SLI with Vista. It just doesn't work.

If it claims to then I would say yes. Im running 2 x 7950gx2 on quad sli and thats just Windows XP! If you are planning to run 2 GT's, I would suggest as much RAM as you can afford. 2gb of 800Mhz minimum!
