A LOT!
10 years we used to have real music playing on the radio
I used to be younger
everyone was not on myspace
many less people had email
video games were more exciting than they are now
I did not have cable and used to go outside and act out our own movies
everyone was their own color power ranger - a boy jumped off a house and said he was gold ranger
firld trips were so coool
we had more trees
a lot of kidnapping went on
some people who are dead now were alive
i used to eat my boogers

10 years ago I was just starting my career working with web sites. Now I'm a Web analyst.
At the time I was in a relationship that lasted 5 years. That person and I have since moved on. He's happily married with 2 kids, and I'm in a wonderful new relationship with my soulmate.
Financially I am more stable and secure than I was in those days as well.
Lots has changed - all for the better.

Ten years ago I was unemployed, feeling useless, and was lonely, and living with my parents. Now I am living with a lovely man, and I have had a job at Cineworld for nearly eight years. I'm really happy. The only thing I would have changed in the last ten years is my dog dying. I still miss him five years on. I wouldn't have let my parents decide to take him to be put down. That was MY decision to make and I still hate my dad for saying I had no right to decide - it was MY dog.

Ten years ago I was "happily" married to a secretly cheating wife. The woman I thought I would spend the rest of my life with. What a fool.
Ten years ago, my daughter loved me and I was the best man she ever knew. That's all gone because of my ex, poisoning her mind.
Ten years ago I had to get up every morning and go to work, to make another man rich.
Today I'm divorced, retired and alone. The only thing I miss is my daughter.

I wasn't married ten years ago. I wasn't size 14 ten years ago. I didn't have a gorgeous son ten years ago and I wasn't living in this country ten years ago.
I can carry on for another 3 pages like this but I think I'll stop here.

10 years ago I was a single mum living in a council house with a part time job. I was depressed and lonely. My son was still at shcool. my daughter was living with her boyfriend. I lived in a new town which i hated, no family nearby and i had a pet cat.
Today i am happily married, so are both my children, and I have 4 grandchildren. I am happy and contented, still in love with my husband after 8 years of marriage and living in my own biggish house by the seaside with only a very small mortgage. I live near my mum,my sister and my nieces. Currently unemployed but looking for work and I have a pet dog.

My life is much different (considering that 10 years ago I was 12 years old). Back then I lived with my parents, now I live on my own and am a parent. Back then I was in school, now I work. Back then I was sad, now I am happy. Back then I was confused, now I understand. Back then I could not legally drive, now I can. I could go on and on about how my life has changed, but I think that is enough.

Ten years ago I was poor finanancially than what I am today ,
Before i was an obessive go getter today i am only letting things go .
Before i never was on the computer dependant as i am now today.
Before i was a flirt and today old habits die hard .
Before i was travelling less today i am travelling continents more .
Before my life was happy and today my life is more happy as i am a grandfather and 5 grandchildren so far and many more hope to come in the future .
My life is ---not different as I am still the same person who accepts each moment with grattitude and contentment at whatever i get in the same scale as LIFE flows from past to present ----as each now "moment "is a gift that is why it is called "PRESENT"....nosh

Hahahah 10 years ago I was in a band touring the UK and recording stuff. Actually no, that was 11 years ago. 10 years ago I started a Masters degree.
Not much has changed really, apart from I look older and I drive a more expensive car. And I'm more careful not to get hangovers. And I'm not in debt.

10 years ago, I was a stay-at-home mom with 3 children in the house. The places we traveled to most were soccer and football games, gymnastics practice, or the grocery store!
Now, the kids are all grown up, I have a career that I absolutely love, and my hubby and I have much more time alone together.
Which is better? I'd have to say it's a tie!
