He changed my password and all I can get to is a guest account which has next to nothing on it or I can stay at the log on screen and guess passwords! Any help? I'm not computer smart like he is.

Goto to system BIOS and set a password. whenever ask by ur brother tell him to "give me my windows password back and i will give u the bios password". Simple :)

hey its simple
go to safe mode
open window and go to run command black screen is appear
type net user account name(its ur account name ) *
and enter
it show password type ur pass word and confim it
and again press enter
if it shows sucessfully changed it means ur password is changed
