The answer to you question is no, THIS IS NOT TRUE AT ALL. Only whores and sluts may "go crazy" but they are not the kind girls you should associate with anyway. Unless you want to get robbed and an STD, stay away from them and keep an eye on your wallet.
You don't need a Japanese/European girl anyway. American girls are so much better.

It's a stereo-type. Imagine girls from Europe (or half way around the world) coming into the US. I think it just matters if they are attracted to American males (just like they may be more attracted to brunettes over blonds). So, following the stereo-type, yes, but overall it's still personal opinion.

No not completely true. Remember the Marines have a base there and several support bases. If you are handsome, witty, outgoing, you can get girls anywhere in the world. You stand a better chance in Australia from my experiences. Be yourself and you will do fine.
