I feel that these 'personal' items should be held in 'trust' by the Brown family, or some other suitable, reliable person, to be given to OJ's children upon his death. These, personal items, it seems to me, should not be part and parcel of the civil judgment awarded to the Goldman's....they can make the money back in many different ways...How do you feel?

O.J. Simpsons's personal items are not subject to, and should not be subject to confiscation by either the Brown or Goldman families. If he sells an item, they would be entitled to the income he realised on the sale. Income, in this case would be profit. If he sells a house for instnce, the income is the portion above that which he paid for the house.

I agree, but doubt OJ will ever oblige the Goldman family. He believes he's already been tried and found NOT guilty in the courts the first time. OJ being found guilty in the Goldman case, has been referred to by his lawyers as "double-jeopardy"!

If OJ had gone to jail like he should have, his children wouldn't get anything anyway. I think the Goldmans deserve everything they are legally entitled to. Besides, OJ obviously doesn't believe in keeping things personal (eg. his book, "If I did it").

i don't know if it's his to give. if you are talking about the stuff he tried to take from the collectors in vegas...that stuff no longer belonged to him. and even if it did..they shouldn't want to take it. the Goldmans should be ashamed of themselves. they are coming across as shallow and money hungry. did you hear they secured the rights to the "(if) I did it" book and are now collecting the profits from the sale? disgusting. if they want to collect the judgement, and they have every right to, they need to wait for him to die and get it from his estate or wait for him to move out of florida or get a job. no other real choice as far as i know.

I agree with you. (Note to that other person: OJ's "children" are now legal adults, so I don't know who would take them away.)

Along with the possessions taken away, I believe the children should also be taken away.

the way I see it ,he was found not guilty at the first trial so he shouldn't have to give the goldman's shi-.they never proved he killed anybody.

He should be grateful that he was free long enough to commit this Vegas offense! If the judge says he has to, then he has to.
