I just read in the paper about a lady who was white water rafting in her 90's so it all depends on how young you truly are at heart and in your mind. I've met people who acted very old in their 50's. If you have an excitement and a love for life and people, I think it helps to keep you young. I am myself at 53 a big kid at heart and like to joke and have fun with my sweetheart who is also very young acting and looking as well and with my family and friends. So my answer is that it depends on your love for life.

You are only as old as you act or feel. I am 52 but look younger and surely act it too as does my sweetie --he and I are like a couple of teens at times. "Old" is in the mind only.

With a lot more ppl taking care of themselves, eating healthy, not smoking, not drinking, life expectancy is a lot higher...
Therefore I'd say 65-70......
