I had surgery at the end of August to remove a large cyst from my left ovary, it was a benign cyst, they said it wasn't cancerous; and since last week I'm feeling the urge to go pee more than frequently, and it hurts a little bit, kind of like when you get a urinary tract infection, which I find very odd becuase I am very clean, and I am being very careful. I am a bit concerned, please some one who knows HELP!

I suggest you see a doctor. Being 6 weeks post op, the increase in urination is probably not related to your ovarian cyst. The fact that is also hurts might indicate that you have developed an infection. No matter how careful you are, infection sometimes happens. Also, is there any chance you could be pregnant? Please see you doctor!
