I'll bet that some man made disaster will happen in California before January 1st 2008 and it will be staged in order to get Arnold the Governator into the political spotlight.

I'll take that bet. I bet the next false flag events will take place in the north west and the mid west. Although, the San Francisco/Oakland area are also good bets.

And what exactly are you implying? What kind of disaster could be "staged" and who would be "staging" it??
I doubt that any disaster that isn't real will happen... it is California... they do have earthquakes and fires and things like that there...
