I was just wondering if the birth control pill can make your periods lighter or heavier??

i've been on about 5 different pills, and my period has been lighter on all of them than when not on the pill.

yes it will make your sycle vary well thats in my case. My doctor also advised it depends on the strength of the pill and your hormones really. So yes it will make it lighter and heavier and in my case sometimes I dont get my cycle every month.

Most times, you dont even come on your cycle.To answer the question, it is much lighter.
