Anyone know any good French artists or songs? I have Le Chemin and 300 Lesions by KYO (which i listen to vary often and have learned a ok amount of French by listening to the songs...) can anyone recomend any other good French Rock/Alternative band (hip hop is ok too, but i preffer rock/alternative)

I only know KYO, but you can check out: Indochine, Françoise Hardy...
a lot of people seem to like Magic System (not me!), but they're pop -- and sooooooooooo lame!
Je crois qu'il vaut mieux si tu demandais ce question dans la département français.

There's one really great song by MC Solar called "Le Belle et le Bad Boy".
It's has a great beat and sound. I prefer rock/alternative as well, but this song has a hip hop feel to it. It's still really cool. It has everything to it. Check it out.
MC Solar also has a lot of other great songs as well. This one is just number 1 to me.

Unfortunately french rock sucks (prime example, Johnny Hallyday). The only good french music I've heard is hip hop and jazz.
