Can someone who has the time, describe to me what a rich teenage girl dresses like in Japan. I don't want an answer like, "they dress like any other rich girl". I would like to know the designer brands they wear, hair and make up, nails, handbags and perfumes among other stuff such as the cars they drive and their lifestyles. Do they dress and behave like spoilt rich american girls?

There are also those rich people that if into the scene of visual kei, wear Gothic Lolita style clothing which is usually hand made clothes from particular in town stores, I don't really know the names but I do know that in Japan, Gothic Lolita clothes are very expensive.

I have to agree that a lot of them wear Lush make up because again, like the Gothic Lolita clothes, they are hand made and hand made items are usually more expensive than factory constructed.

I know it's not clothes, perfume or make up, but a trendy hobby for most rich girls in Japan are Dolfie, specifically Volks Dolfie (super Dolfie, Super Dolfie 13 and SD Dolfie) Volks Dolfies are VERY expensive, highly detailed, faces are hand brushed with light make up and blush on them and they are just plain gorgeous.

for clothes, perfume, and clothes.
Paul smith, Burberry(blue and black label), luis vuitton, Guchi, Emporio Armani, Coach, and anything at any one of the 109's (eg: Shibuya 109). If you Live in Tokyo go to Omotosando Dori, Shibuya, or Ginza, that's where the good stores are.

Most of my girlfriends when I was there wore Lush makeup, its all hand made.

I wouldn't say that they dress like American rich girls or act like them, there much more down to earth.

I have more info just not enough time right now

To start with, most Japanese are middle class. The truly poor and the truly, truly rich are novelties. Japanese take better care of their people, so there isn't that obscene disparity of wealth like we are beginning to see in the states.
You've seen it: the whole Hello Kitty, scene and trying to look like a dewy doll dressed in retro fashion, etc. That's them.

But, if you want to know what the truly rich look like I would say even more pathetic, stuffy, overdressed in overpriced department store goodies, with an, "out of it dull witted creep", sort of look to them, (well you asked)..

I tend to think that too much LV and Chanel would make you look more like a "sugar baby" than a rich girl. . .!

The rich girls look like the poor girls. If they wore Chanel suits and carried Prada bags they would look merely middle class.
