The formula is simple:

wavelength = speed-of-light / frequency

OR (same thing just re-arranged)...

frequency = speed-of-light / wavelength

In this case:
- frequency is in Hertz
- wavelength is in meters
- speed-of-light is 2.998*10^8 meters/second

The formulas are simple, I'm sure you can do the simple math.
