I am referring to fighting over dwindling water supplies and diversion of water supplies within the USA.

According to Algore, by the end of THIS century, there won't be too much land left for us - due to the ice caps melting and this leaving us to swim for higher ground! *laughter*

So, chances are, according to Algore, that we'll be too busy fighting over land to concern ourselves with water!

Yes wouldn't a NOSED project- Nuclear Ocean water Salt Economic De-saltfication run similar to TVA projects be helpful with small fraction on money spent in Iraq.

No. There are no dwindling water supplies. Water all over the world stays virtually the same in quantity.
